2. Overview

This website is intentionally built to minimise data. It uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Fonts and images are served directly from this website; no third-party fonts (such as Google Fonts), analytics, advertising or social media services are loaded. Your browser therefore loads no third-party content when visiting the site. The only recipient of technical connection data is the hosting and CDN provider through which the site is delivered (see section 3).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare also acts as a content delivery network (CDN) and provides security features (including DDoS protection), processing technical connection data as a processor in doing so. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

When you access the website, information transmitted by your browser is processed automatically and may be stored in so-called server log files:

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; the operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free, secure and performant delivery of the website. The data is not merged with other data sources and is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or to investigate a specific abuse or security incident; otherwise Cloudflare's retention and deletion periods apply.

As Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses are used as appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. 4. Contact by email

If you send me an email, your details (email address, name and the content of your message) are stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). I delete this data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party content (fonts, maps, videos, social media plugins, analytics or advertising services). No consent for non-essential processing is required, and no cookie banner is shown.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
